– Crystals are just like us, beautiful, but imperfect. No two are the same, as they are natural. They have scars, discolorations, inclusions and chips, it’s part of their beauty. For one of a kind pieces, we will do our best to mention any unique blemishes which in our opinion contributes to their beauty. We wrap our crystals as securely as possible, but certain stones like Selenite and Fluorite for example are extremely delicate and tend to acquire small chips during transit. So please keep this in mind, as no return or credit will be given for these reasons.

– Jewelry findings are not guaranteed unless they are stated as being silver, brass, or silver gold plated. Complimentary chains are for your convenience, but they are susceptible to breakage and discoloration. We recommend that you purchase a quality chain either from us or from another vendor to guarantee longevity and security.

– Small batch, unique pieces and one of a kind pieces are non-refundable.

– Please make sure that we are sending your purchase to a secure delivery location since even if your package is insured, a lot of our crystals are irreplaceable and unique and we won’t be able replace them if lost or stolen.
